This must have been the biggest Flic Flac competition we have been to and it was the 6th competition in 6 weeks that the club had been involved in.
For some it was their first ever competition and others it was the 6th in a row. Well done to all the gymnasts, I think everyone came away with a medal.
November saw the club take 3 girls to Aldershot for the Challenge Cup. A national FIG competition.
A good experience for the girls to compete at this high level. There is no room for mistakes at this level of competition so a bronze on beam for Hayley and 4th overall for Sarah were great results.
Well done to all the gymnasts who took part in the Flic Flac Autumn Invitational competition.
Especially the gymnasts from the Saturday Intermediate class who train just 2 hours a week. For many of the gymnasts it was their first competition.
Overall scores from Saturday.

Thank you to all the Coaches and Judges who gave their time and to the Flic Flac club for putting on a well organised and fun competition.
The school asked if the club could put on a display at the school.
A display team was put together and in a very short time they choreographed and rehearsed a routine that they then performed at the school. The routine was spectacular and went down really well. It was a mixture of dance, sports acrobatics and gymnastics.
Well done everyone.
Janet, Sammy, and the guys from the team with Panther from Gladiators, aka Kara Nwidobie, who is a former pupil and was a guest at the event.

The competition at the Flic Flac club was very successful and gave the gymnasts a chance to to compete some new skills in a competition situation that was more relaxed than the usual competitions we go to.
