The club provides a full range of gymnastics classes from pre-school to adult.

All levels are catered for from beginner, to advanced. There is also a competitive squad with members in the Lancashire and Northwest regional squads plus World Class training at Liverpool.

There is a British Gymnastics Badge Award scheme that encourages and rewards improvement. Plus, a talent identification program that can lead to selection to the competitive squad. For these there are regular competitions from novice up to national level.
